Home workspace allowance
Due to COVID and the sudden way of working from home at that point, changed a lot for employees. Everyone was forced to work from home and this meant everyone needed to set up a workspace at home.
We are currently working from home combined in most cases with working from the office. We are working on a hybrid model and this will mean you have the option to work partly from home in the future as well.
As a result of all, we need to ensure everyone arrange his work space at home and therefore we will contribute and support everyone in this. Underneath you will find more information about how to arrange this, the rulings and how to reimburse this.
Contribution to set up a home work space
Everyone - employed *1 at Tiqets- can reimburse home work space necessities up to the equivalent of 500.- EUR
The necessities concerns: a desk, chair, computer monitor, desk riser or lightning. Employee can buy the necessities themselves. There are some requirements : the chair needs to have an armrest and backrest, both adjustable in height. See underneath for the complete list.
Employees can reimburse within 6 months after joining Tiqets and to be declared in 1 receipt- so everything together at the same time in 1 report in Declaree.
This contribution is a one-off payment.
Reimbursement via Declaree only with a receipt and reimburse within this project: 4048 WFH office equipment
*1 interns, contractors and or external people are not included
*2 If you leave Tiqets within these 6 months, you will have to repay the amount you declared pro rata (x/6 * xx).
*3 If you leave Tiqets within your probation period, you will have to replay the total amount you declared.
Please be aware that delivery costs are not to be reimbursed as these do not count as actual costs for the equipment ordered. These delivery costs are at your own expense.
List with assets you can buy for setting up your own ergonomic workspace:

Chair that has an adjustable armrest and backrest in height
Monitor incl. HDMI cable to connect with your laptop
Laptop riser
Keyboard and mouse
Lightening
All other related assets are not a base “ergonomic'“ requirement and we cannot reimburse them because they are not exempt as compensation.
Returning Tiqeteer, are you eligibile to the Home Workpace Contribution?
Employees who did not utilize their Home Workspace Budget during their previous tenure at Tiqets are eligible to access the home workspace budget upon their return as employee, the same timeframe of use applies (6 months from start date).
Employees who did utilize their Home Workspace Budget during their initial employment are not eligible to access the budget again until, the previously communicated, five years have passed from the date of the initial use.
After a period of five years from the initial use of the Home Workspace Budget, the policy will be reevaluated. There is no guarantee that a new budget will be provided at the end of this period. The company will review and update the policy as deemed appropriate based on the needs of the business and the working environment.
