Referral Policy

Referral Bonus

The referral policy at Tiqets is designed to encourage employees to recommend qualified individuals for open positions, maintaining a workplace that not only values skills but also prioritizes a strong cultural fit.

Employees are often in the best position to identify candidates who will thrive in the organization. While we welcome all referrals, it is crucial for us to know the nature of the relationship between the referrer and the referred. A strong referral is one based on personal experience, where the referrer has worked alongside the candidate, gaining a comprehensive understanding of their abilities and personality. Therefore, recommending someone with whom one has worked personally is a key aspect of our policy.

If you wish to refer someone, please fill out the following form

External applicants:

While employees may wish to provide additional insights or answer questions from potential applicants via various networking sites such as LinkedIn, there are often security and confidentiality concerns. To maintain the confidentiality of sensitive company information, we advise against engaging in discussions via external channels. If a potential applicant reaches out to you via LinkedIn about an open vacancy, please refer them directly to the vacancy on Homerun, where they’re encouraged to follow our official application process.

Referral bonus

For every successful referral* we have defined a bonus** per vacancy. Please find below:

*Not applicable for interns (also not if interns get hired afterwards), less than 7 month contracts, or freelance positions.

** The bonus, both parts, can only be paid out as long as the referee is still employed at Tiqets. See the “how does it work” part for more information
