Medical:

Tiqets offers a choice between two plans, a silver plan and platinum plan through United Health Care. Tiqets will cover 80% of the plan premiums for employees and their spouse and 50% for any dependents added to the plan regardless of which plan is chosen. All premiums are calculated based upon the age of all enrolled in your plan due to the state the Tiqets plan is written out of. For details on plan coverage and premium costs, please reach out to Human Resources. All premiums are deducted through pre-tax payroll deductions.

Dental/Vision:

Tiqets offers the option to enroll in United Health Care dental and vision insurance. There is only one plan option for both benefits. Tiqets will cover 80% of the dental premiums for the employee and spouse only, and 50% for any dependents added to the plan. Vision premiums are paid 100% by the employee.
