At Tiqets we provide you with the option to take unpaid leave.Â
When you have been with the company between 1 and 3 years, you are able to take unpaid leave up to 1 month (normal contract hours).
After 3 years of service, you will be able to take unpaid leave up to a max of 7 months (normal contract hours).
As it states, this leave is unpaid;
Request unpaid leave at your manager at least 3 months before it starts;
Your Manager, HR Business Partner and possibly Core MT member needs to approve the unpaid leave;
Send an email to HRM@tiqets.com with your request and approval of your manager;
Your employment agreement will stay in force, benefits will be adjusted accordingly (salary, holidays, holiday allowance, internet allowance etc);
Maximum of unpaid leave is 7 months per 5 year;
Preferably unpaid leave is taken in one period;
During unpaid leave >1 month, the employer and employee contribution for pension will be at the cost of the employee or you will have a gap in your pension build-up.
