All Tiqeteers receive a laptop on their first day. For all IT/system related questions and individual requests you can contact our IT Team by creating a ticket on this page.
Each floor has its own printer. The IT team are your go-to persons if you don't know how to set it up, but try asking your colleagues first. And don't forget creating a ticket makes you faster than lightening!
Data Security Guidelines
In case you suspect a data breach, notify your manager and send an email to compliance@tiqets.com immediately. That way we can take immediate measures to contain or resolve the situation

Access Sensitive Data
Much of the data we interact with on a daily basis should not be shared outside of the company. You may access this data via a variety of methods, without necessarily realizing its sensitive nature. All of the below contain sensitive data and should not be shared externally:
Order handling backoffice
Tiqets reports and exports
Monthly reports
Daily emails
Access to third party systems
Invoices
