Bike Parking

Every employee can enter the secured bike storage under the office. You can access the storage with your tag.

Another option is to park your bike in front of the building. But make sure it's locked! Remember, you're in Amsterdam now. It's good to note there aren't that many spaces to park your bike outside of the building, so it's advisable to park your bike in the secured underground parking is possible.

Scooter Parking

Designated scooter parking has recently been added to the secure bike storage, so should you have to park your scooter you can access this area using your tag.

Car Parking

Within Tiqets we have a travel policy which includes traveling by public transport or bicycle (for example) from home to work. We do not encourage people to come by car, because of the fact that parking in Amsterdam is hard to come by and expensive.

Tiqets has some parking spots which are part of the office space we rent and are reserved for guests and some MT members. We do not have an option for employees in general to park at the office.

There are 3 exceptions:

When you need your car for traveling on behalf of Tiqets, during work hours. This only applies when the client you need to visit is not reachable by public transport;
When you need to travel by car for a personal reason once in a while. In this case we need to check if we have a parking spot left for that particular da;
When, based on health issues, you are obligated to temporarily come by car. In this case we could request a declaration of the doctor and or hospital.

All exceptions will be discussed with the Facility Coordinator and HR who are in charge of the parking spots. The parking spots at our office are secured with a code.

If you would like to use a parking space, please ask the Facility Coordinator if there is any availability. If there is they will organize a unique code for you to park during the requested times. Please note that this code will expire after the specified end time, and please note that this code cannot be distributed.

Other options

Park and Ride (P+R) Amsterdam

Park your car at a discount in a P+R car park.

Off-peak rate: €6 per 24 hours. Valid Monday to Friday after 10.00 and all day on the weekend and on public holidays.
Peak rate: €13 for the first 24 hours. Thereafter €6 per 24 hours. Applies Monday to Friday for arrivals before 10.00.
You can park for a maximum of 4 days. At P+R RAI you can park for a maximum of 24 hours.

How to get the P+R discount

You must travel by public transport to the city centre and back to the P+R.
To receive the discount, use your own public transport chip card (OV-chipkaart), a paper public transport ticket, or purchase a P+R GVB ticket.
Purchasing a ticket from the bus and tram driver is no longer possible.
You will not receive a discount on parking if you check in and out of public transport using a debit/credit card, mobile phone, smartwatch, or an (e)-ticket purchased via the GVB app.
Your last check-in or changeover to the P+R must take place in the city centre area.
You must pay your parking fee within 1 hour after checking out of public transport. When you pay, you will need your parking card and public transport chip card.
