What is a Swapfiets?
A Swapfiets is a bike subscription that provides users with a bicycle or e-bike for a fixed monthly fee, which includes all maintenance, repairs, and even a replacement bike if needed, offering a convenient cycling experience.
How does it work?
If you would like to make use of the Swapfiets deal, please visit this landing page. Via this landing page, you can select the bicycle of your preference and immediately schedule an appointment for the delivery or pick-up.
In case you already have a private (B2C) Swapfiets subscription, signing-up via the landing page will not work. Please reach out to Swapfiets customer service business@swapfiets.com and they will then transfer the subscription to the company account. In the sign-up form, make sure to select the correct company entity (as listed in the drop-down menu).
Once your bike is arranged, Tiqets will pay the monthly fee directly to Swapfiets and will deduct the monthly lease amount from your gross salary. This is called the 'bruto uitruil' (gross exchange). This will provide you with a net benefit up to 37% depending on your salary and choice of bike.
Possible expenses (loss of keys for instance) or own risk will be directly paid by the user itself, Tiqets does not play any part in this.
Ending the subscription
When you wish to end the subscription, you must request this one month before the actual end date. You can do this by communicating directly with Swapfiets. If you are not able to contact them, Tiqets can also reach out to them on your behalf.
