Office
Working hours
Employees are expected to work a standard 8-hour day. This does not include a 30-minute lunch break. Employees are encouraged to take their lunch break between 12:00 PM and 1:30 PM. This is separate from the eight-hour workday and is mandatory to take; it is not legally allowed to be taken before or after your workday. Short breaks of 10-15 minutes are allowed during the day to promote productivity and well-being. Break times should be coordinated with team members to ensure coverage.
There is flexibility to work between 08:00 to 18:00, if approved by their manager. For example, if an employee starts working at 09:00 and takes a lunch break from 12:00 to 12:30, the workday must end at least by 17:30. Employees may request flexibility in their work hours. Such requests should be communicated in advance and approved by their manager.
Employees are expected to comply with this policy, and deviations must be communicated and approved in advance.
Remote Work
With remote work, the standard working hours and policies still apply.
