What to do in Case of an Emergency?

1. First Aid Team

Some of our colleagues have followed official training to be able to provide first aid, and assist during evacuation when needed.

Please alert them in case of an emergency. We hope you never need to, but if you do you can find an overview of trained first aiders below. In case of evacuation you can easily spot them as they will be wearing yellow high visibility jackets!

You can find the overview of the First Aid team members on every floor in the kitchen.

2. Important Phone Numbers and Addresses

Emergency number: 112

Doctor during office hours:

Check with the People & Culture team or First Aid team where to go.

Nearest doctor outside of office hours:

3. First Aid Kit

The first aid kits are mounted on the kitchen walls on both the 11th and 12th floor. The kit is an orange colored box. Inform the Facility Coordinator about what has been used as they will need to replace the products that have been used.

4. Exiting the Building in Case of an Emergency

Please sound the alarm when needed. In emergency situations you are NOT allowed to use the main elevators. When you need to exit the building during an emergency, you have to use the central stairs or the fire escape.

Please note that our emergency meeting point is on the grass patch outside of House of Watt.

Security

Keep The Door Locked

As a matter of security, it's important to always keep the doors closed on all floors. You can enter the different floors with your tag, which you should always keep with you.

Tag

On your first day, you'll receive 1 tag. The tag gives you access to:

If your tag is lost or stolen please send an email to office@tiqets.com and hrm@tiqets.com

The Office manager will then ensure that the tag will be blocked as soon as possible and provide you with a new one. Please know that we will charge you EUR 25 in order to replace your tag. This amount will be deducted from your salary if required.

Is your tag not working? There's a chance that it's blocked because of new updates. Please go to the Facility Coordinator and kindly ask her to update your tag.

Top Tip: To avoid having your tag blocked you can reload it on the silver platform in between the main entrance doors of the building. You don't need to do this every day of course, but if it is done at least once every 30 days you shouldn't need to update your tag any further.
