Salary & Contract information
Pay day
You will receive your monthly salary around the 25th of every month. Your payslip is available in the Youforce portal or via email.
If you have any questions about your payslip please see below the explanation of an example payslip.
*The yearly holiday allowance in the Netherlands will be paid each year in the payroll run of May (unless you have chosen for your holiday allowance to be paid out monthly).
Youforce
You can access your payslips and annual returns via https://mijn.youserve.nl/ in your personal environment. You can also download the app (IOS/Android) for quick and easy access via your phone (facial recognition).

Please note: salary specifications and annual statements contain privacy-sensitive information. Security risks may be associated with the transmission of e-mail over the Internet. Whether the convenience of direct transmission of salary documents outweighs these risks should be determined by yourself.
Language settings:
You can change the language of Youforce to English via the "My personal settings" tile (Mijn persoonlijke instellingen) at the top right, adjust the language (taal) and is saves automatically.
Change of bank account
Whenever you change your bank account please make sure to send an email with your new bank details to hrm@tiqets.com. Also include a copy of your new bank card or anything else that allows HR to verify that the bankaccount is on your name. By law we are obligated to check this. Once it's checked HR will be able to change your account correctly in Youforce and you will receive your salary on the right bank account.
Requesting an employer statement
In need of an employer statement in order to proceed with your mortgage or for other reasons, where you will need to prove your income? In order to request this, please email hrm@tiqets.com. Once we've received your request we will try to provide you with an employer statement on the same day. In case that is not possible, we will notify you on time.
Lunch allowance HQ
Tiqets arranges coffee, tea, and snacks every working day. Our lunch is organized by our caterer, Join Program.
According to our labor cost scheme, Tiqets provides a daily lunch for a net amount of EUR 3,- per day. You will pay this amount via the app before picking up your lunch.
In order to participate, please download the Join Program app with your personal Tiqets email. In case the app does not recognize your email account. Then connect with the Facility Coordinator to receive our personal Tiqets code. After signing in, please select any allergies you may have. In this way, the caterer takes this into consideration.
There is a deadline applicable to the lunch, every week on Tuesday you must submit which days you would like to receive lunch.
Contract
The standard process (for renewal)
HR will signal the renewal of a contract around 1.5 - 2 months before the end of the contract to your manager who will discuss the renewal with the MT. Your manager will then have a meeting with you to discuss your renewal, improvement plan, or end of the contract.
Once a contract extension is approved, you will receive a confirmation letter from the HR department. This is an extension of the employment agreement initially signed.
Every employee starts with a definite time contract. In case of good performance by the employee and/or unchanged company circumstances (to be determined by the MT) the contract will be renewed for a definite or indefinite time contract. No guarantees on renewal can be made before 1.5 - 2 months or before the end of the contract.
If, for any reason, your performance is not as expected, this will be discussed with you by your manager (and if needed HR).
Please always approach your manager or HR if you have any questions about your contract.
Resignation
If you want to hand in your resignation, you should:
First: properly inform your manager.
Second: send an official email with confirmation to your direct manager and CC hrm@tiqets.com.
After that you will be receiving an email with all important information
As soon as your last day is confirmed. You will also be receiving a letter confirming everything that has been agreed upon.
Notice period
Your notice period is one calendar month.
Example: if you've worked at Tiqets and would hand in your resignation on the 23rd of February, your last official working day would be on the 31st of March. If you have holiday days left, you can use these to be released from your duties on an earlier date or you can have them paid with your last salary.
Please consider that Tiqets can deny you from taking days to stop earlier with working. This can happen due to shortage of people in your team or other reasons.
