Registration for the Works Council

The law states that there are two groups of voters, the passive and active voters: 

• Active voters are employees who have the right to vote but cannot be chosen. A requirement is that these employees have had an employment agreement of at least 3 months.

• Passive voters are employees who have the right to vote and can be chosen. A requirement is that these employees have had an employment agreement of at least 6 months.

If you have been with the company less than 3 months, unfortunately you will not be able to participate in the elections.
