What is a Knight?

Knights are a team of Tiqeteers who listen and learn from you suggestions that would benefit our community, and collaborates with MT and P&C. 

They:

• Follow the developments in- and outside the organisation, analysing what the effect is on Tiqeteers wellbeing

• Translate & action employee’ ideas, suggestions and concerns where possible & needed into topics to discuss with Core MT and P&C.

• Define with Core MT and P&C approaches to address topics based on employee’ input

• Help the Core MT and P&C with the roll-out of company improvements impact employee wellbeing

Who is eligible?

All Tiqeteers who:

• have worked at Tiqets for at least 3 months

• are in service (employed by Tiqets)

• Regular physical presence in one of the offices
