We want to encourage internal skill sharing by organizing internal workshops in which Tiqeteers share things they know, have learned or are passionate about. New initiatives will be regularly communicated and you can register via BambooHR.

Please contact the HR Advisor if you have a skill request or want to share something yourself! To inspire you about the possibilities, below some examples.

  • Want to know more about Salesforce? Our own internal expert can tell you all about it.

  • Have you visited an event? Present to your collegues what you've learned

Regularly we will organize a professional workshop or invite an inspirational speaker to inspire you. Based on requests of the business we will choose the topics. Again, registration is possible within BambooHR.

If you want to visit an event or attend a specific training/course, you can! The only requirement is that your request needs to be in line with either your personal or professional goals. Please ask your manager for approval first. Your manager will align with the HR Coordinator about follow up and approval.

You don't need to take holidays for Individual learning initiatives. 

BambooHR acts like the 'Jira' for training requests. For all training/event requests follow the following process:

1. Log in BambooHR: tiqets.bamboohr.com

2. Click on: My info

3. Click on: Training 

4. Click on: Add your training request

5. Add all details for your training request

6. Please know that the training will only show up in the overview under "upcoming training" after you've submitted a training request
